Scheduling Options

1 hour
  • 6 people for 10 minutes recommended for specific work
  • 4 people for 15 minutes adequate for general relaxation
  • 3 people for 20 minutes recommended for stress reduction and specific work

Example of money lost to stress

  • Let’s say John’s productivity is $50/hour
  • $50 x 8 hours = $400 dollars
  • John is off for 4 days due to stress
  • $400 x 4 days = $1,600 lost
  • If you have 200 employees that fit John’s scenario—that’s $320,000 lost a year!
Massage Investment
  • 2 hours a day  = $120
  • 4 days a month = $480
  • That’s only $5,760 per year, as compared to $320,000.00!

Payment Plans

Massage on the Go provides scheduling, reminder e-mails, massage services, and a waiver of employer liability for each employee under each of these payment options.

Plan A

Employers may offer Massage on the Go services as a benefit to employees. This gives the employer full control of the costs, scheduling, etc. All fees and arrangements for massage service are planned in advance and paid by the employer.

Plan B

Some employers offer to pay a portion of the fee for massage services in an effort to promote healthy habits and self care among employees.

Two options are available in this plan.

One option allows employers to pay a percentage of the fee per massage (For a 15 minute massage, the company pays $7.50 and the employee pays $7.50).

Alternatively, the employer may match the employee’s massage plan. For each massage scheduled and paid for by the employee, the employer agrees to pay for the following massage session (if massages are planned at your location weekly, employees pay for two weeks each month and the employer pays for two weeks each month).

Plan C

Employers may choose to offer massage as an amenity of the workplace. Employees pay the full cost of the massage received. Employers offer availability of space and encourage employees to schedule a chair massage during their lunch break or on their 15 minute break.
